Abdur Rashid, born in 1965, is a Professional Accountant and entrepreneur with extensive expertise
in finance and business management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and
Founder of Far West Accounting Inc., Abdur has established a strong reputation for providing
comprehensive accounting and financial services. In addition to this role, he is the Founder and
President of 786 Holding Inc.
Abdur Rashid holds a diverse educational background, including a recently pursued his Doctorate in
Social and Human studies, Major in Human Rights from Atlantic International University, an Masters
of Business Administration, Major in Accountancy from Atlantic International University, certificate
studies in Professional Accounting and Business Management from the London School of Business

Abdur Rashid holds diverse certifications from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights,
demonstrating their broad expertise. He has mastered the course and is a Certified International
Business and Protocol Consultant in 2025. He is also certified as a Disability Rights Advocate, a
Certified Diplomatic Protocol Consultant, a Certified Human Rights Consultant, and a Certified
Business Consultant. In 2024, Abdur Rashid was the award-winning winner of the “Best Human
Rights Consultant” award by the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.
Abdur has actively engaged in international advocacy, attending the International Summit on
Disability Rights 2022 in Istanbul, the Rebuilding Ukraine Forum in Bucharest, Romania, in 2023. He
also attended the 18th International Human Rights Summit in 2024 and the 19th International
Human Rights Summit in 2025, both held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York,
underscoring his commitment to advancing global disability rights and Human Rights Advocacy.

As Regional Director for USIDHR Canada–Quebec, Dr. Rashid champions dignity, inclusion,

Life Protection / Protection Vie—a Canadian charity dedicated to youth safety, education, and
